Duncan’s Medical Outreach Program
Duncan’s Medical Outreach Program was established with the mission of supporting responsible dog owners facing financial challenges in affording sterilization services and basic veterinary needs such as rabies vaccines. We understand that these dedicated owners prioritize their pets' well-being and community responsibility, choosing not to abandon their dogs but to seek responsible solutions.
Our fund operates through a straightforward application process where eligible individuals receive spay and neuter and medical vouchers. These vouchers can be redeemed at our trusted veterinarian partner locations, ensuring that every procedure is conducted professionally.
How to apply:
To be eligible for Duncan's Medical Outreach Program, applicants must provide proof of income or government assistance and reside within a 40-minute radius of our partnered veterinarians.
Once your application is approved, we will schedule your appointment and provide details about the veterinary clinic location.
Please note, if you acquire another pet during the application process, your request for assistance will be automatically denied.
All assistance is subject to the availability of funds.

At US Dog Coalition and Rescue, we believe that spaying and neutering is a critical step in reducing overpopulation and ensuring healthier lives for dogs in need. Through Duncan's Legacy Spay and Neuter Initiative, we honor the memory of Duncan by providing low-cost spay and neuter services for low-income families.
With your support, we can help prevent unwanted litters, reduce shelter overcrowding, and create a brighter future for countless dogs. Every donation brings us closer to building a community where every dog has a chance at a better life.
